Asked if I could do webinars instead of in person due to my auto immune and they said No. But they argued that I wasn't allowed this same courtesy. They finally set me up for webinar then gave me wrong time and then told me it was my fault I didn't show up.

When I showed up for in person they said they had taken my name off list. When I spoke with web sales manager all he wanted to do was tell me it was my fault and I was disrespectful to him by not showing up. After arguing for 20 mins.

It was an absolute nightmare on my 20th wedding anniversary. David actually admitted he gave us central time instead of mountain. We ended up having to pay non membership rate for one night. Although I haven't checked my credit card yet? We never got the membership information because they were too busy being right!! Very bad experience and we will take Will Nelson's advice and "Never come back" my brother recently retired and they lost his membership too.

You were booked for your stay and tour in March of When you checked into our Resort was the first time that we had a request for you to do a webinar as your brother did.

You had demanded that we allow you to do a webinar and were not kind to our staff at that time. We were accommodating and set up a webinar for you. All of our webinars are booked in Central Time but also noted that it is in Central Time. Will was online at that time, and you were not. We referred you back to going to the presentation which you had agreed to when you booked your reservation in March. In our Sales Office with Will, you were again unkind, disruptive and forceful to the point where we had to take you away from the group presentation.

We do not ask people to leave our resort without reason and per Will's documented : "Kathy, Thank you for coming to my office this morning. I would ask you to please consider leaving our resort of your own volition. You have every right to take issue with any experience you had with our company that you felt was negative. You, however, had no right to insult me and my family. Please do not return to our sales office under any circumstance, direct your concerns to our security personnel. We booked you for a stay that included a presentation and you chose not to take part in that presentation but instead made your stay an unpleasant one.

We were willing to work with you, but you continued to be demanding. Even after you were disrespectful to our sales manager, we still allowed you to stay on the park one more night and pay the public rate, Midwest outdoor resort we were turning away many other campers who would have gladly gone through a presentation just to get a spot to park. We stand behind our staff and the steps that were taken. We do wish you Midwest outdoor resort best in your future travels.
